Ranch Facilities
Riding arena is 160' x 130' with sand footing, lights and sprinklers
Round pen is 50' with sand footing, lights and sprinklers

Property is fully fenced
Five tack rooms

25 Stalls / pipe corrals ranging in size from 12' x 24' to 24' x 24'
All stalls are half shaded
Limited trailer parking available

Stalls range from $350 - $475 including hay, feeding, stall cleaning and use of the facilities
Full training: three trainer rides plus two lessons per week $350/month plus board
Partial training: two trainer rides plus one lesson per week $225/month plus board
Lessons on own horse $45/private one hour, $35/private half hour (discounted packages available)
